How would you describe your Training and Education?
Vince began his professional journey at Rowan University, contributing to research in the Research on Anxiety and Depression Lab under Dr. Jim Haugh. He went on to complete a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at West Chester University, where he served as President of the Counseling Honor Society. Alongside his graduate training, Vince earned his Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, supporting clients pursuing meaningful lifestyle and wellness changes. He later completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, integrating mindfulness and somatic practices into his work. Vince is continually expanding his clinical skill set. He is currently pursuing advanced training in ADHD-focused interventions and working toward the International Certified Gambling Counselor-1 (ICGC-1) credentialing.
How would you describe your Professional Approach and Style?
Vince’s approach is rooted in a blend of somatic awareness, mindfulness-based practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He helps clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build present-moment awareness as a foundation for emotional stability and insight. Compassion-focused strategies guide clients toward a kinder, more flexible relationship with their internal experiences, especially during periods of stress, shame, or self-criticism. While Vince’s work centers on experiential and mindfulness-oriented methods, he also integrates cognitive frameworks—including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and cognitive restructuring skills—to help clients identify patterns in thinking and behavior that may be reinforcing distress. His psychodynamic background supports deeper exploration of early experiences and relational templates that influence current functioning. Across modalities, Vince maintains a grounded, collaborative, and attuned style. His goal is to help clients develop clarity, resilience, and meaningful long-term change through a whole-person lens that honors mind, body, and values.
What areas would you say you have Expertise in?
Vince works with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. His approach centers on nervous system regulation, mind–body awareness, and value-driven action, helping clients move toward stability and clarity. He offers trauma-responsive support and integrates emerging best practices for ADHD and executive functioning. Vince provides a compassionate, steady environment where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. He works with adults across the lifespan and is committed to helping each person develop a more grounded and empowered way of living.
On a Personal Note
Outside work, Vince enjoys reading, fitness, spending time with loved ones, and traveling. Exploring new places and cultures brings him great joy and enriches both his personal and professional life. Vince is also passionate about intellectual challenges and continuously seeks opportunities for growth, both personally and within his clinical practice. This dedication to knowledge and self-improvement helps Vince provide the best possible care for his clients.
