How would you describe your Training and Education?
Jessica received her bachelor's degree in social work from Rutgers University. She went on to earn a master's degree in social work with a concentration on children and families from Monmouth University.
How would you describe your Professional Approach and Style?
Jessica’s therapeutic approach combines techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). She is passionate about creating a collaborative and supportive environment and helping clients achieve their goals through a solution-oriented approach.
What areas would you say you have Expertise in?
Jessica specializes in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Substance Abuse Disorders. She has extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ population and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
On a Personal Note
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her cats and indulging in her love of cooking.
