How would you describe your Training and Education?

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and Certified School Counselor, actively pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My educational journey began with a bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University, followed by a master’s degree in School Counseling from Montclair State University. During my studies, I completed an internship at West Morris Mendham High School, where I focused on addressing social-emotional issues among teenagers. To further enhance my expertise, I earned a Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University. Additionally, I have devoted the past three years to volunteering in non-profit grief support settings, helping individuals navigate their loss.

How would you describe your Professional Approach and Style?

My therapeutic approach is deeply person-centered, focusing on meeting clients where they are in their journey. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, utilizing a collaborative approach that empowers clients to make meaningful changes. This approach is designed to facilitate client success and well-being, fostering an environment where individuals feel supported and motivated to achieve their personal goals.

What areas would you say you have Expertise in?

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, and challenges related to adoption. With extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, I am committed to providing tailored support that addresses the unique needs of each individual. My practice is dedicated to helping clients overcome obstacles, improve their mental health, and achieve a greater sense of well-being.

On a Personal Note

Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about attending concerts, Broadway plays, and sporting events. I love traveling and discovering new restaurants to indulge in a great meal. Quality time with friends and family, particularly my nieces and nephews, is significant to me. Additionally, I enjoy playing tennis, cooking, and watching captivating TV shows.
