How would you describe your Training and Education?
Jack earned his Master of Arts in Counseling from Caldwell University. He completed his internship at the Nutley Family Service Bureau, where he gained hands-on experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy. His training emphasized practical application of evidence-based interventions, strengthening his skills in helping clients identify goals, build coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
How would you describe your Professional Approach and Style?
Jack takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from multiple modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. He places strong emphasis on developing self-efficacy, helping clients recognize their personal strengths and past successes as foundations for growth. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy, he works collaboratively with clients to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and move beyond the beliefs that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.
What areas would you say you have Expertise in?
Jack’s clinical focus includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive–compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. He is experienced in supporting clients through mood disorders and anxiety-related conditions, helping them develop tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy functioning.
On a Personal Note
Outside of his professional work, Jack prioritizes his own wellness through exercise, meditation, and spending time relaxing in his backyard. He enjoys caring for his pet dog and three cats, and values time spent unwinding and reconnecting with nature and animals.
