How would you describe your Training and Education?
Jess received their Master's in Social Work from Fordham University. Jess is trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and Trauma-Focused treatment.
How would you describe your Professional Approach and Style?
Jess’s therapeutic approach is holistic. Jess works to treat clients as a whole, considering all aspects of their lives. Jess focuses on creating a trusting and supportive environment, which Jess believes is crucial to their work together.
What areas would you say you have Expertise in?
Jess specializes in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults. Jess also has a strong focus on helping those with Substance Use Disorders or those in recovery.
On a Personal Note
Outside of work, Jess enjoys baseball, hiking, concerts, and traveling. On Saturdays, she often checks out a local coffee shop with her girlfriend and their dog.
