His formative experiences with the Mental Health Association of New Jersey sparked his interest in helping those experiencing grief, searching for meaning, and facing family-based issues.

Through his previous clinical and case management roles, Zach has gained meaningful experience working with various populations, particularly those with severe and persistent mental health conditions, elderly adults, and families. He approaches his work compassionately, seeking to deeply understand his clients and evoke motivation in their therapeutic journey.
