How would you describe your Training and Education?

While at Rowan University, Vince contributed to research at the Research on Anxiety and Depression Lab under Dr. Jim Haugh. After earning his degree, Vince pursued a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at West Chester University, where he served as President of the Honor Society. During this time, Vince also achieved a Personal Training Certification through the National Alliance of Sports Medicine, empowering clients interested in making lifestyle changes. Currently, Vince is completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program and working toward certification as an International Certified Gambling Counselor-1 (ICGC-1).

How would you describe your Professional Approach and Style?

Vince's integrative therapeutic approach combines Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Psychodynamic principles, and Existential philosophy. He believes in exploring both the conscious and unconscious aspects of his clients' experiences, addressing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to uncover deep-seated patterns and beliefs. Through REBT, Vince helps clients challenge and change irrational beliefs, fostering healthier emotional responses. The psychodynamic approach allows for delving into past experiences and understanding their impact on present behavior, while existential philosophy encourages clients to find meaning and purpose in their lives. Vince creates a collaborative and supportive environment that empowers clients to achieve personal growth and well-being.

What areas would you say you have Expertise in?

Vince specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. He brings extensive experience in providing targeted and practical support, helping clients process and heal from past traumas, manage the stress of significant life changes, and overcome the challenges of anxiety and depression. Vince is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop resilience, and achieve lasting personal growth. He typically works with a diverse age range, from young adults to individuals in the later stages of life.

On a Personal Note

Outside work, Vince enjoys reading, fitness, spending time with loved ones, and traveling. Exploring new places and cultures brings him great joy and enriches both his personal and professional life. Vince is also passionate about intellectual challenges and continuously seeks opportunities for growth, both personally and within his clinical practice. This dedication to knowledge and self-improvement helps Vince provide the best possible care for his clients.
