Jack is a professional counselor in the state of New Jersey, having earned his Master of Arts in Counseling from Caldwell University. He completed his clinical internship at the Nutley Family Service Bureau, where he provided cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals and families. Jack joins NJ Recovery & Wellness with training grounded in evidence-based practice and a strong commitment to helping clients build skills that support long-term emotional health.

Throughout Jack’s career in the behavioral health field, he has worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and post-traumatic stress disorder. He draws from multiple therapeutic modalities, with a particular emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy and strength-based approaches. Jack focuses on helping clients develop self-efficacy by identifying personal strengths, recognizing past successes, and learning to move beyond negative thought patterns that stand in the way of meaningful goals.

In his own words, “Therapy is an opportunity to better understand ourselves, our thoughts, and how we respond to the world around us. Many people struggle with self-doubt, stress, or difficult emotions at different points in life. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, challenge unhelpful thinking, and build confidence in their ability to create change. The therapeutic process is collaborative—I walk alongside my clients as they clarify what they want for themselves and take steady steps toward it.”

Outside of work, Jack prioritizes his own well-being through exercise, meditation, and spending time outdoors in his backyard. He enjoys being with his pets—a dog and three cats—and values time spent relaxing and recharging.
