Kristen received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health with a Concentration in Addictions from Montclair State University.
How would you describe your Professional Approach and Style?
Kristen’s therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness Skills. She uses Motivational Interviewing to explore the changes clients would like to make, and she works collaboratively with them to help them achieve their goals.
What areas would you say you have Expertise in?
Kristen specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, addictions, and couples therapy, working with an adult population and young adolescents aged 14 and up.

Kristen describes herself as down-to-earth, with a sense of humor and a personable demeanor. She enjoys her work and believes in creating a safe, healing space for clients to work through life’s struggles and challenges.
